Slouching Shoulders

I have written before about the need to protect our shoulders (Click Here) and for anyone who spends long periods of time sitting in front of a computer screen it becomes more important. While goofing around on social media recently I saw this gadget and thought it made sense for me as I can get lost in my computer for hours at a time and tend to slouch over the keyboard.

I looked at it for a couple of days and decided it was worth a try. It cost about €22 delivered, so I bought it. Little Style Shop are the sellers and have an extensive range f ‘stuff. (Click Here) to go directly to the posture corrector

I did not get a freebie for a positive review – I bought it.

It was a small bit awkward getting it on initially but like a lot of other things it got easier the more I used it and now I use it most of the time I’m on the computer. It pulls my shoulders back and helps correct my posture which can’t be bad. I love it and happy I took a chance in buying it.

I just wanted to share this with you all because if you spend too much time slouched over anything you may benefit from something like this.
