  1. MS is not contagious
  2. MS is incurable
  3. There are invisible illnesses
  4. Things are not always as they seem
  5. Things could always be worse
  6. Things could always be better
  7. Things are rarely as bad as they seem
  8. Every cloud DOES have a silver lining
  9. My glass is never half empty
  10. I am me , take me as I am or leave me alone
