Market Lane Revisited

I blogged about Market Lane on October 12th at which time the food and accessibility were great. The only issue was the lack of grab rails in the wheelchair accessible toilet and I brought it to the attention of a staff member who assured me that it would be rectified.

We revisited last Saturday evening and again the food was fantastic, absolutely brilliant. But this blog is not really a critique on the food. Disappointingly the grab rails had not been installed. I have been promised again that the job will be done and realistically there is only one reason not to install the rails and that is lack motivation on the part of the owners. I really hope that the work will be done this time as it really is a fantastic restaurant for food and accessibility and I look forward to visiting again.
