Costa Coffee Replied – thank you

Dear Mr Groeger,
 
I am writing with regard to your recent complaint. Firstly I would like to apologise for the bad experience you encountered at our Costa Coffee Mallow Store.  We pride ourselves on providing professional and efficient customer service and we appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.  
 
This is a very serious issue and we have raised it with the Store Manager.  The maintenance department has been notified and we will rectify this matter as soon as possible.
